Design and development process
During product development stage, we use the most modern simulation tools such like MADYN, Finite Element Analysis and CFD in order to be able to perform thermodynamical analyses, to calculate vibrations and to prepare static and dynamic calculations.
Our own development department has complete control of the whole process. This shortens the development time considerably and helps to secure by mathematical calculations the requirements of different applications safely and quickly.

Finite element analysis – FEA
This computerized method predicts how the B.E.M alternator reacts to real-world forces, vibration, heat, fluid flow and other physical effects.
CFD Computational Fluid Dynamics
CFD delivers accurate quantitative predictions of fluid interactions and trade-offs. CFD solvers extend the limits of what is possible and can maximize B.E.M-product`s performance and efficiency. This simulation models the cooling of alternators used in electrical generating sets.
